At Bubbacue we're all about slow smoked BBQ

Authentic BBQ uses smoke to flavour and tenderize meat, cooking it at a low temperature over a long period of time.

Bubbacue embraces the art of this relaxed American tradition, with our chefs smoking brisket and pork for over 12 hours.

The result is something special: tender, smokey, succulent meat.

We start by rubbing quality meats with our house blend of spices before slowly smoking them overnight.

When ready, we pull the pork and mix it with a vinegar mop sauce common to Eastern Carolina. The brisket is chopped and mixed with the drippings from the smoked meat to intensify the flavour.

So while your food was served to you quickly, your meal actually started its journey yesterday.

As they say in the south, you can't hurry good BBQ.

Our Restaurant

Bubbacue is a fast casual bbq restaurant, something new for the Belfast restaurant scene. We don't follow a traditional operating style of having a server take your order, wait for food and then bring it to the table.

Instead, we streamlined the process by having diners choose and pay at the till and then collect their food.

Utilizing this style of serving helps reduce costs, which we pass on to you. This system allows us to serve high quality food at fast food prices.
